Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all original packaging included. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation may also be required.

Damages and Order Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Exceptions / Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable products such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized items, and personal care products such as beauty items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original order first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation will also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
